Notice of Budget Committee Meeting FY 2023-24

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Lake County Library District, Lake County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, will be held at the Main Library at 26 South G St, Lakeview, OR 97630 and virtual via Zoom (link provided upon request). The meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 10:00 AM.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained online on or after May 15, 2023. If you are unable to view the budget via the internet, a copy of the budget can be obtained at all Lake County Library District locations during normal business hours on or after May 15, 2023.
To obtain information for connecting to the meeting remotely, contact your local Lake County Library District location during regular business hours. Written comments on the budget for consideration by the Budget Committee will also be accepted until 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, via mail addressed to 26 South G Street, Lakeview, OR 97630; personal delivery to a Lake County Library District location; or email at director@lakecountylibrary.org.
