Paisley Book Babysitters Wanted, 2/12/2022

May contain: poster and advertisement

The Paisley Branch Library is seeking some reliable, trustworthy, conscientious babysitters – for books! Library patrons can help the Paisley Library move to its new location by checking out a box – or more! – of books from the old library on February 15 or February 16, 2022, returning them to the new location at 723 John St. on March 8 or March 9, 2022. Boxes are provided and you need only a library account to participate. Operating hours are 10 AM to 6 PM on all days.

The Paisley Branch Library will be closed to the public the weeks of February 21 and February 28, 2022, reopening to the public on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 10:00 AM. A special open house reception in the new space is being planned for the weekend before reopening, with details about the event forthcoming.

“We know many Paisley community members are ready to help the library move, and this is a fantastic way that people of all ages and abilities can contribute,” said outgoing Library Director Amy Hutchinson. Questions may be directed to Amy Hutchinson at the Main Library at 541-947-6019 or via email at amyh@lakecountylibrary.org or to Jan Murphy at the Paisley Branch Library at 541-943-3911 or via email at janm@lakecountylibrary.org
